Welcome to Frame Key Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services, accessing our website, or using any media provided by Frame Key Media, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

1. Services Provided

Frame Key Media provides professional photography, videography, drone media, and related real estate marketing services. Services may include but are not limited to: Real estate photography, Video tours, Drone imagery, Short-form and promotional media, Digital delivery of media assets

 

2. Payment & Scheduling

Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking.  Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled subject to posted booking policies.  Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

 

3. Media Ownership & Usage Rights

By booking services with Frame Key Media, you acknowledge and agree that: All photos and media delivered may be used by Frame Key Media for promotional, marketing, advertising, portfolio, social media, website, print, and educational purposes without limitation. Clients, real estate agents, brokers, sellers, buyers, and third parties authorized by the client may use the delivered photos and media freely for any lawful purpose. There are no copyright usage restrictions imposed on delivered media. Media may be edited, cropped, resized, reposted, advertised with, or redistributed without limitation.

 

4. Intellectual Property

Frame Key Media does not restrict usage rights of delivered media. Clients are free to: Use images across MLS platforms. Use images in marketing, advertising, and branding. Share images with third parties. Modify images as desired. No attribution is required.

 

5. MLS & Real Estate Platform Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with: MLS rules, Brokerage policies, Platform-specific media guidelines. Frame Key Media is not responsible for MLS violations caused by improper upload, misuse, or redistribution of media.

 

6. Drone Services

Drone services are subject to: Weather conditions ,Airspace authorization, FAA regulations. Frame Key Media reserves the right to cancel drone services if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Frame Key Media shall not be held liable for: MLS fines or violations, Marketing outcomes or listing performance, Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

 

8. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Unauthorized interference, scraping, or abuse of the website may result in access restriction.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
